Community Living Thunder Bay (CLTB) is seeking Family Home Providers, caring individuals or families who open their homes to support adults with developmental disabilities.
We provide remuneration, training, and 24/7 support, while you provide a safe, welcoming home where someone can belong, grow, and be part of the community.
For over 70 years, CLTB has supported people to live the lives they choose — with dignity, inclusion, and connection.
What You’ll Do
As a Family Home Provider, you’ll:
- Offer a safe, stable, and welcoming home environment
- Support an adult with a developmental disability in daily living
- Encourage participation in community life
- Communicate with CLTB staff and attend check-ins and training
