I began working for Community Living Thunder Bay as a Vacation and Leisure Summer Student in 1995. I entered the field with the belief that I would be helping people and learnt quickly that I had become a mentor and a teacher more then a helper.

Community Living Thunder Bay is a great place to work. CLTB has provided me the opportunity to mentor individuals in fostering independence and become more involved in our community. I’ve had the opportunity to watch someone attain goals that were once dreams and now have become reality.
