Community Living Thunder Bay (CLTB) confirms that a labour disruption involving OPSEU Local 740, which represents CLTB’s unionized employees, began on May 25, 2026
Our priority remains the safety, stability, and well-being of the people we support. Continuity plans remain in place to help ensure the continuation of essential services and to minimize disruptions wherever possible.
Some community-based and employment supports may experience temporary adjustments. Families and individuals affected by any service changes are being contacted directly.
CLTB remains committed to respectful and good-faith bargaining and continues to work toward a fair resolution.
