CLTB Remains Ready to Return to the Local Bargaining Table
Community Living Thunder Bay (CLTB) is aware of misinformation being shared suggesting that we have refused or failed to accept an offer to return to the bargaining table. We want to be clear: CLTB is willing and prepared to return to the local bargaining table at the earliest available opportunity.
CLTB remains committed to meeting with the local union in Thunder Bay and is prepared to return to the bargaining table at the earliest available opportunity. Our decision not to attend the proposed provincial meeting in Toronto should not be interpreted as a refusal to return to local bargaining.
CLTB is ready to return to the local bargaining table and remains focused on reaching a fair and sustainable collective agreement through respectful and constructive dialogue.
