Update Following Local Bargaining
Community Living Thunder Bay (CLTB) met with OPSEU Local 740 on Thursday, August 13 to continue local bargaining discussions.
Although an agreement was not reached, the meeting provided an opportunity for both parties to return to the table and continue working towards a resolution.
CLTB remains open to further discussions and to exploring a path forward through the established collective bargaining process.
Our teams will continue focusing on the people we support and on maintaining stability and continuity of services throughout the labour disruption.
